Regulatory Status
MODV is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity pool operator under applicable U.S. federal or state law. Lend Capital, LLC, the facility administrator, is a Texas-based lending entity. Its principals hold active NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator credentials in Texas and Florida. The facility is structured as a commercial lending arrangement and is not offered as a securities product requiring broker-dealer registration. Investors should consult their own legal, tax, and financial advisers before making any investment decision.
